DRAFT REGULATIONS FOR RECYCLING OF SHIPS, 20XX - HongKong Convention is set to enter in to force on 26th June, 2025, Recycling of ship’s Act was notified on 16th December, 2019 and subsequently Recycling of Ship Rule, 2021 framed on 26th February, 2021.
