BSID 2.0 (Biometric Seafarer Identity Document) is a secure digital platform for the issuance and management of biometric identity documents for Indian seafarers.
Developed in compliance with ILO Convention C-185 and ICAO Doc 9303 standards, BSID 2.0 provides a streamlined, transparent, and globally recognized identity management system, enhancing security, mobility, and service delivery for the maritime community.
